Pixel Convos Attendee Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and attendance at Pixel Convos online event series (“Event”) hosted by BDH Collective Inc. (“Organizer”).
1. Registration and Access
1.1 Registration and Payment
By completing the registration process and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment of applicable fees.
1.2 Access Credentials
Upon completed registration, you will receive a unique access code to the Event. This access code is valid for one person only and grants entry to all sessions within your purchased event package.
1.3 Access Code Transfer
Your access code may be transferred to another individual; however:
- Only one individual may use the access code at any time
- The recipient of the transferred code is bound by these same Terms
- Once an access code has been used to access any event content, it becomes locked to that user and cannot be transferred
- BDH Collective Inc. does not need to be notified of transfers prior to first use

1.5 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the technical requirements necessary to access and participate in the Event. BDH Collective Inc. is not responsible for any inability to access content due to insufficient technical capabilities on your end.
1.6 Access Period
Access to live sessions is limited to scheduled event times. On-demand recordings, if available, will be accessible for the period specified in your registration confirmation, typically 30 days following the Event conclusion.
2. Payment Terms and No-Refund Policy
2.1 Fees
Registration fees are as specified during the registration process. All applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
2.2 No Cancellation/No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend at the scheduled time
- Technical difficulties on your end
- Dissatisfaction with event content
- Schedule conflicts arising after registration
- Accidental purchases
2.3 Event Modifications
BDH Collective Inc. reserves the right to:
- Modify the event schedule
- Substitute speakers
- Alter content or format
- Change virtual platforms
- Adjust start and end times
Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.
2.4 Event Cancellation
In the event that Pixel Convos is canceled entirely by the Organizer, BDH Collective Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer credit toward future events or alternative content. Cash refunds will not be issued.
3. Attendee Conduct
3.1 Code of Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner throughout your participation. This includes:
- Treating all other attendees, speakers, and staff with courtesy
- Refraining from disruptive behavior
- Not engaging in harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
- Not posting offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in chat or Q&A
3.2 Virtual Environment Rules
When participating in interactive sessions, you agree to:
- Use appropriate language in all communications
- Respect moderators’ instructions
- Keep microphone muted when not speaking
- Use professionally appropriate display names and profile images
- Not disrupt presentations or discussions
3.3 Enforcement
BDH Collective Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without compensation for violations of these conduct standards, at the sole discretion of event moderators or organizers.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
4.1 Ownership
All Event content, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, recordings, and supplementary materials, is the intellectual property of BDH Collective Inc. or its speakers and partners.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You shall not:
- Record, capture, or screenshot any portion of the Event
- Share access credentials with non-registered individuals
- Redistribute, sell, or publish any Event content
- Use Event content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer any digital protections
- Create derivative works based on Event content
4.3 Permitted Usage
You may:
- Take personal notes for individual professional development
- Share general insights on social media with appropriate attribution to Pixel Convos
- Utilize knowledge gained in your professional practice
- Reference concepts learned (with attribution) in non-commercial contexts
5. Privacy and Data
5.1 Data Collection and Use
By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for purposes including:
- Processing your registration
- Providing access to the Event
- Communicating important Event information
- Marketing future events (subject to opt-out rights)
- Analyzing attendance and engagement
- Improving future events
5.2 Communications
You may receive communications related to:
- Event logistics and access information
- Updates or changes to the Event schedule
- Post-event surveys and feedback requests
- Future events and related offerings
You may opt out of marketing communications while still receiving essential Event information.
5.3 Third-Party Access
Your basic profile information may be visible to other Event participants. BDH Collective Inc. will not sell your personal information to third parties but may share anonymized data with sponsors and partners.
6. Recording Consent
6.1 Event Recording
You acknowledge that the Event will be recorded for on-demand access and future promotional purposes. By participating, especially in interactive components, you consent to potentially being recorded.
6.2 Use of Likeness
BDH Collective Inc. may use your name, voice, statements, and likeness as captured during the Event for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.3 Opt-Out Options
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may:
- Keep your camera turned off
- Use a display name that does not reveal your full identity
- Refrain from speaking during recorded Q&A sessions
- Submit questions privately through designated channels
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1 As-Is Basis
The Event and all content are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 No Professional Advice
Information presented is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before implementing strategies discussed.
7.3 Technical Limitations
BDH Collective Inc. is not responsible for:
- Technical difficulties or disruptions with your equipment
- Internet connection failures or limitations
- Power outages affecting your ability to access
- Browser compatibility issues
- Any circumstances beyond reasonable control
7.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDH Collective Inc.’s total liability for any claims under these Terms will not exceed the registration fee paid. BDH Collective Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
8. Legal Terms
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BDH Collective Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire understanding between BDH Collective Inc. and you regarding participation in Pixel Convos and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
8.4 Amendment
BDH Collective Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Event website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.6 Force Majeure
BDH Collective Inc. shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, terrorism, war, civil unrest, strikes or labor problems, internet service failures or delays, or denial of service attacks.
By registering for, accessing, or attending Pixel Convos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
